Design: Genomic DNA was isolated using the DNA blood and tissue kit (Qiagen, Hombrechtikon, Switzerland). The DNA was sequenced using a Nextera DNA Flex Sample Preparation Kit (Illumina, San Diego, CA, USA) and performed with a paired-library strategy on an Illumina MiniSeq Sequencer (Illumina, San Diego, CA, USA).
